Pedo4GP is a paid, hands-on pediatric dentistry fellowship designed for general dentists who want advanced pediatric skills, efficiency, and confidence. Our mission is to bridge the gap between dental school and high-volume pediatric practice—especially in underserved, Medicaid-heavy communities. Fellows receive mentorship from Dr. Tucker (Clinical Director) and Dr. Goodman (Pedodontist) and gain exposure to orthodontics, in-house general anesthesia (GA), and oral surgery (OS).
We have multiple entry points:
You’ll follow a quarterly didactic curriculum that includes lectures, self-study, case
reviews, and live demonstrations, with CE credits awarded (40 live hours annually). Topics
include:
Fellows work clinical days in real practice settings while completing quarterly educational modules. You’ll gradually increase patient volume to 50–60/day with mentorship support.
No. There is no tuition for the Pedo4GP Fellowship.
Yes. Fellows are full-time employees, and you’ll also be eligible for a production percentage if it exceeds your daily base.
Primarily children in underserved, Medicaid-based communities. This offers a wide range of clinical experiences and complex cases.
Yes. You’ll gain exposure to orthodontics, in-house GA, and OS, in addition to core pediatric care.
Many fellows receive full-time offers with Kids2Dentist. You’ll graduate with a certificate of completion, advanced pediatric clinical skills, and high-marketability for future positions.
You’ll be trained and mentored directly by Dr. Tucker (Clinical Director) and Dr. Goodman (Pedodontist), with guidance from other specialists in orthodontics, GA, and OS.
Yes. We welcome international applicants and can provide some U.S. licensing support. H-1B and green card sponsorships are considered.
No—there are no application or program fees.
Pedo4GP handles all credentialing. Fellows are responsible for obtaining and paying for their DEA license.
No tuition, no program fees—your only out-of-pocket items are licensing-related.
